Promotion Period: 1 Dec 2020 to 31 December 2020 (GMT +8, both dates inclusive).
Service Period: 1 Dec 2020 to 31 March 2021 (GMT +8, both dates inclusive).
Discount: Enjoy 15% discount (“Discount ”) on ALLWAYS meet & greet services booked through ALLWAYS official website, www.allwaysvip.com. The 30% off lounge access offer will be extended through a discount promo code issued through your ALLWAYS booking confirmation email upon successful booking during the Promotion Period. This Discount shall not be utilised together with any other discount/promotion.
Validity: This offer is only valid for bookings made through ALLWAYS official website, www.allwaysvip.com within the Promotion Period. The discount will be automatically applied to Meet & Greet services booked during the Promotion Period and for eligible Service Period. There is no limit to the number of bookings that can be made, however, the discount may be nullified should the booking be subsequently modified after the promotion period. Offer is not valid, and cannot be combined, with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers. The 30% off lounge access offer is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Plaza Premium Lounge that can be found on https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com/terms, and is not valid for 3rd party lounges, lounges in Mainland China, and BLOSSOM-SATS & Plaza Premium Lounge and SATS Premier Lounge in Singapore.
Availability: Reservations are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis.
Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking within the promotion period in order to enjoy the Discount. Booking is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by ALLWAYS in full. Booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. Payment received after booking date/time or 31 December 2020 (GMT +8), whichever is earlier, shall not be entitled to the Discount. ALLWAYS reserves the right to collect additional fees in the event there are more guests than originally booked.
Cancellation and Amendments: Cancellation/ amendments must be performed in writing and may be made up to 24 hours before commencement of service and subject to any applicable payment surcharge, local fees and/ or taxes, and the following timelines:

Variation and Termination: ALLWAYS shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.
