What are your lounge's operational hours and service prices?
Our lounges' operation hours, service menus and prices vary by location. Please refer to our website by selecting the lounge from the “Find Lounges” section.

What facilities are available at your lounges?
In general, we provide comfortable seating, complimentary food and beverages, and a selection of newspapers and magazines. Provision of other facilities depends on the individual lounge setting which may include shower, private resting area, TV, payphones, computer workstations and Wi-Fi. You will be able to see a list of facilities each lounge offers prior to making your booking. Please select your preferred lounge by starting from the “Find Lounges” section for details.

Are there additional fees payable with Lounge Use Packages?
The Lounge Use Package offers a comfortable space to relax before your next journey, and includes food and beverages, charging plugs, comfortable seating, international newspapers and magazines, and international TV channels. Unless otherwise specified, Lounge Use Packages do not include shower and/ or massage services, which are at additional fee

Do your lounges have wireless Internet access?
