Booking / Purchase Period and Validity
- Offer valid for purchases made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website from 00:01 on 24 March 2026 to 23:59 on 31 May 2026 (GMT-4), inclusive.
- Eligible bookings include:
- Lounge access at Plaza Premium Lounge and Plaza Premium First locations across the Americas (see locations).
- Eligible Lounge Passes: Canada 5-Visit, Canada 10-Visit, Americas 2-Visit, Plaza Premium First 2-Visit.
- A booking confirmation and promo code will be issued upon successful purchase.
- The promo code must be entered at checkout on the ALLWAYS website to redeem the offer.
- The offer applies to ALLWAYS Meet & Assist services from 00:01 on 24 March 2026 to 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (GMT-4).
- The offer applies exclusively to the Meet & Greet services in the following airports:
- Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
- Vancouver International Airport (YVR)
- Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
- Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Availability
- Offer is valid for all guests aged 18 and older, with children aged 12 and under accompanied by an adult.
- Both passengers must be booked together in a single transaction to qualify for the Buy One, Get One Free discount. Separate bookings are not eligible.
- Offer is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other products or discounts, or combined with any other promotion.
Redemption & Service Terms
- Reservations are subject to availability and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Plaza Premium Lounge and ALLWAYS may modify the list of participating locations without prior notice.
- Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. A No Show occurs if passengers fail to arrive within 30 minutes of the agreed arrival time, and will incur the full booking fee.
- Flight delays over 2 hours may result in additional charges of 50% of the full service price for each 2-hour delay.
- Service requests must be submitted and confirmed at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure. Requests submitted within 48 hours are subject to availability.
- Additional fees may apply if the number of guests exceeds the number originally booked.
Cancellation and Amendments
1. Lounge Pass Purchase
- Lounge Pass purchases and complimentary vouchers are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.
2. ALLWAYS Meet & Assist

Cancellation Charges:
- >48 hours before service: No charge
- 24–48 hours before service: 50% of booking fee
- <24 hours / No Show: 100% of booking fee
- Flight delays over 2 hours may incur additional charges

Cancellation Charges:
- >48 hours before service: No charge
- <48 hours before service: Up to 100% of booking fee
- Amendments within 48 hours may incur a 50% surcharge
- Late bookings (<48 hours) may incur additional fees
- Prices exclude certain airport taxes and surcharges
- Discounts may become invalid if bookings are modified
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

Taxes & Fees
Additional taxes, airport fees, or service charges may apply and are the responsibility of the guest.
Liability
Plaza Premium Lounge, ALLWAYS and YQNow shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from use of the service, including delays or changes in airport operations.

Variation & Termination
Plaza Premium Lounge and ALLWAYS reserve the right to amend, cancel, postpone, or modify this promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
