Spring Limited-Time Offer: 50% Off 2nd Passenger – ALLWAYS Meet & Assist
Booking / Purchase Period and Validity
- Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, this offer is valid for ALLWAYS Meet & Assist bookings made through the ALLWAYS website from 00:01 hrs on 24 March 2026 to 23:59 hrs on 31 May 2026 (GMT-4), both dates inclusive.
- All services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
- This offer is valid for services scheduled during the service period from 00:01 hrs on 24 March 2026 to 23:59 hrs on 31 July 2026 (GMT-4), both dates inclusive.
- This offer applies only to ALLWAYS Meet & Assist service bookings at the following airports:
- Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
- Vancouver International Airport (YVR)
- Orlando International Airport (MCO)
- Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
- This offer applies only to ALLWAYS Meet & Assist service bookings and provides 50% off the second passenger.
- Both passengers must be included in the same booking to enjoy the offer.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, other products, or additional discounts.
- The promo code must be applied at checkout on the ALLWAYS website to redeem the offer.
Availability
- Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The list of participating locations may be modified without prior notice.
Service Terms
- Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
- ALLWAYS reserves the right to charge additional fees if the number of guests exceeds the number originally booked.
- A No Show will be declared if the passenger fails to arrive at the meeting point within 30 minutes of the agreed arrival time. No Shows are subject to full payment of the total booking amount.
- If a flight is delayed more than 2 hours from the scheduled time of arrival (STA) or departure (STD), ALLWAYS reserves the right to charge an additional 50% of the full service price, and for every additional 2-hour delay thereafter.
- Service requests must be submitted and confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival (STA) or departure (STD). Requests submitted within 48 hours are subject to availability.
Cancellation and Amendments

1. YYZ, MCO, DFW (Operated by ALLWAYS Meet & Assist)
Cancellation Charges:
- >48 hours before service: No charge
- 24–48 hours before service: 50% of booking fee
- <24 hours / No Show: 100% of booking fee
- Flight delays over 2 hours may incur additional charges

2. YVR (Operated by YQNow)
Cancellation Charges:
- >48 hours before service: No charge
- <48 hours before service: Up to 100% of booking fee
- Amendments within 48 hours may incur a 50% surcharge
- Late bookings (<48 hours) may incur additional fees
- Prices exclude certain airport taxes and surcharges
- Discounts may become invalid if bookings are modified
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

General Terms
- Personal Data:
- ALLWAYS and YQ Now will comply with all applicable local laws regarding personal data protection. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is handled.
- Variation and Termination:
- ALLWAYS and YQ Now reserves the sole and absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, or modify this promotion and its Terms & Conditions without prior notice or liability.
Final Decision
- In the event of any dispute, ALLWAYS’ decision shall be final and binding.
- If there is any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
