Booking / Purchase Period and Validity
- Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, this offer is valid for ALLWAYS Meet & Assist bookings made through the ALLWAYS website from 1 Apr 2026 to 30 Apr 2026 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive.
- All services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
- This offer is valid for services scheduled during the service period from 1 April to 31 May 2026 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive.

- Passengers must be included in the same booking to enjoy the offer.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, other products, or additional discounts.
- The promo code must be applied at checkout on the ALLWAYS website to redeem the offer.
Availability
- Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The list of participating locations may be modified without prior notice.
Service Terms
- Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
- ALLWAYS reserves the right to charge additional fees if the number of guests exceeds the number originally booked.
- A No Show will be declared if the passenger fails to arrive at the meeting point within 30 minutes of the agreed arrival time. No Shows are subject to full payment of the total booking amount.
- If a flight is delayed more than 2 hours from the scheduled time of arrival (STA) or departure (STD), ALLWAYS reserves the right to charge an additional 50% of the full service price, and for every additional 2-hour delay thereafter.
- Service requests must be submitted and confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival (STA) or departure (STD). Requests submitted within 48 hours are subject to availability.
Cancellation and Amendments
- More than 48 hours before service: No charge
- 24–48 hours before service: 50% of booking fee
- Less than 24 hours / No Show: 100% of booking fee
- Flight delays over 2 hours may incur additional charges
