Home Baggage Pick-Up & Delivery Service - Terms & Conditions
Baggage Drop Off/Collection Location: Baggage Storage and Delivery Service Counter, Hong Kong International Airport, Arrival Hall A, Arrival Level (L5) (Non-restricted area).
For hotel pick-up or drop-off services, customers must provide valid hotel booking confirmation at the time of booking, as required by the service vendor.
Special baggage (animals, food, and perishable items) and prohibited items such as firearms, weapons, explosives, flammable, or corrosive materials cannot be accepted.
Service shall be suspended upon the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 9. Delivery services will be adjusted according to weather conditions and government transportation arrangements, and additional storage fees may apply. For assistance, contact [email protected] or call +852 2275 0000.
An additional 50% odd-hour surcharge applied for service within 00:01 - 00:30 and 05:00 - 05:59 (Hong Kong Time) based on the flight’s Scheduled Time of Arrival (if applicable).
Odd-hour surcharges are strictly non-refundable.
Arrival Service
ALLWAYS service counter located in the baggage reclaim area, either between Baggage Belts 8 and 9 or between Baggage Belts 13 and 14. Staff will guide you through Customs and assist with necessary formalities.
If the flight arrival time or baggage arrives after the cut-off time of 18:00, delivery will be made on the next day and additional storage fees will apply.

Departure Service
If the pick-up address is a hotel, the customer must notify the hotel in advance that the service vendor will collect the baggage. If baggage is not ready at the agreed pick-up time, collection will be rescheduled and timely delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Please take note that additional charges (e.g. oversized, overweight, or extra storage fees) will be collected on site by the service vendor.
Oversized or Overweight Luggage: HKD 14 per hour (per piece) or maximum HKD 165 per day (per piece).
Baggage Storage Fee (Arrival): From the 5th hour onwards – HKD 14 per hour (per piece) or maximum HKD 165 per day (per piece).
Baggage Storage Fee (Departure): From the 3rd hour onwards – HKD 14 per hour (per piece) or maximum HKD 165 per day (per piece).
